Welcome to The Daily Disc! Whether you prefer your music black and shiny, silver and reflective, or gray with a white, clickable center, the important thing is to find something that keeps you coming back for more. Here at The Daily Disc, I hope to give you a daily dose of musical medicine, propelling your sonic love from fond to frenzied.
For the past 4 years, my aural flame has burned most brightly for Bob Dylan’s Nashville Skyline, the perfect intersection of 20th century music (a 1969 country record by a folk- and rock- singing blues and jazz fanatic). This is really just the beginning, however. While I do trend toward the classic American popular music genres, I never rule anything out or stray from overturning any musical stone.
