Welcome to The Daily Disc!
Welcome to The Daily Disc! Whether you prefer your music black and shiny, silver and reflective, or gray with a white, clickable center, the important thing is to find something that keeps you coming back for more. Here at The Daily Disc, I hope to give you a daily dose of music medicine, propelling your sonic love from fond to frenzied!
Everyday (except new release Tuesdays), I feature a new post highlighting a top notch record from years past. Each new addition boasts album artwork, an embedded imeem player containing all album tracks, and original (though often minimal) written content. Please read, look, listen, comment (I love to hear from you!), and, most importantly, share with your music loving friends!
Now, for a little bit about me…
I currently live in San Francisco, California. My serious listening/collecting began about 9 years ago as a freshman at the University of California, Berkeley and has continued through 1 library, 3 record store, and 1 previous dot-com job. Currently, I work for imeem.com.

For the past 4 years, my aural flame has burned most brightly for Bob Dylan’s Nashville Skyline, the perfect intersection of 20th century Western music (a 1969 country record by a folk- and rock- singing blues and jazz fanatic). This is really just the beginning, however. While I do trend toward the classic American and British popular music genres, I never rule anything out or stray from overturning any musical stone.
